·        Communicates with followers as well as responding to messages and monitors customers reviews.

·        Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews and visitors posts.

·        Responsible of generating consistent reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

·        Present, promote & sell services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

·        Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

·        Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.

·        Achieve agreed upon sales targets & outcomes within the schedule.

·        Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.

·        Analyse the market’s potential, and track sales and status reports.
