Etisalat Alex is the store sales agent indoors.Job Description
achieving his or her individual sales monthly target.
Ensure a high level of quality and accuracy in your daily work.
Enhance after-sales service and provide total customer satisfaction.
handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
Promote handsets and accessories.
Positive and effective involvement in implementing the retail plan
Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Handle and keep records of cash and inventory to maintain accurate data that can be used for the 2nd shift and daily reports.
Prepare reports, including a briefing, daily activity, closing sheet, and follow-up.

Area of experience: sales (in direct shops or service industries)
Good communication skills.
Good selling and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team.
Rotational shiftwork.
