Job Details
Enhance customer retention and expand the market share of products, solutions, and services, while ensuring profitable growth and customer benefits
Participate in developing sales strategies for target Accounts by developing, implementing and updating the Account plan and producing customer analysis, and assessment of potential.
Provide technical product overview and insights pertinent to customer need and usage scenarios
Identify the key aspects of a potential opportunity, progress the opportunity to close, engage channel partners as needed and develop customer relationships that lead to joint success
Leverage social, digital, video, chat, phone and demonstration environments to effectively reach, sell to and manage Arx customers
