تفاصيل الوظيفة

• Real-time Trip Monitoring:
o Utilize GPS tracking systems and phone communication to monitor the progress of all moving trips.
o Proactively identify and address potential issues or delays.
• Trip Planning and Dispatch:
o Develop and implement efficient trip plans, considering factors such as traffic conditions, weather, and vehicle capacity.
o Dispatch drivers to ensure timely and safe delivery of goods or services.
• Operational Reporting:
o Prepare and submit daily operational reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and incident reports.
o Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Compliance and Safety:
o Ensure adherence to all relevant safety regulations, including driver hours of service and vehicle maintenance.
o Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
o Investigate and resolve safety incidents promptly.
• Customer Communication:
o Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates on trip status and addressing any concerns.
o Coordinate with customers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
