تفاصيل الوظيفة

·       Responsible for the required arrangements of factory visits with different stakeholders and sourcing new entities to increase number of visits
·       Providing full guidance to visitors through a comprehensive tour in the factory and briefing them about our history, factories and products through a corporate presentation & updating it when needed
·       Providing visitors with information and proper instructions with regards to Juhayna standards towards health, safety and environment
·       Explaining the process of yoghurt/milk/juice manufacturing and technical information about production lines
·       Managing important visits & conducting new employees factories orientation
·       Providing analysis on visits types, volume, trends…etc. In order to achieve FV target
·       Completing visit on system with detailed report that shows all visit details such as (pictures for visitors, actual number of visitors, note about visitor’s impression about the visit…etc.)
·       Ensuring that the reception area, bathrooms, & sterilization is properly set up and clean on visit time and date, and after the visit as well
·       Ensuring that coats and head covers are available for visitors on each visits & managing their laundry process
·       Managing and monitoring inventory & placing products order, besides requesting giveaways on time to ensure stable stock of each item
·       Determining the types and quantities of the giveaways as per the importance/purpose of each visit
Contacting cancelled visits to identify reasons of cancelation & taking actions accordingly
