تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware, including the server network, devices and firewalls
  • OS installing and administration of Windows server 2019/2016 servers and hyper V machines
  • Implement the policies for the use of the computer system and network, Setup security policies for users
  • Maintain system efficiency, perform data backups and disaster recovery operations and monitor the performance of servers, software and hardware
  • Configuring and administer Veam backup server
  • Troubleshoot problems reported by users, and evaluate and modify system's performance.
  • Administer servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, phones, attendance systems, personal digital assistants, smartphones, software deployment, security updates and patches.
  • Installing and configuring IP Cameras and Cameras recording system
  • Installing and configuring voice gateways 3cx VoIP system, cisco call manager, ATA, cisco IP Phones and Vonage devices
  • Installing, Administrating and Troubleshooting Windows Server 2012 and 2019, Firewall (FortiGate) and familiar with Microsoft Office 365.
:Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT relevant
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Information Technology Infrastructure and Systems Administration.
  • Good hands-on Veeam backup software and data backup/recovery
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
  • English Language (mandatory)
  • Certifications (plus)
  • Windows Server Virtualization Configuration
  • MCSA: Windows Server 2012/2016
  • MCSE: Core Infrastructure certification
  • CCNA
  • A strong desire to learn and grow in technical skills, primarily the ability to manage, install, troubleshoot, and update firewalls and VPNs.
