:IT Specialist Job Description

  • ‌Installing new software and hardware components.
  • ‌Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.
  • ‌Assisting with network administration tasks.
  • ‌Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  • ‌Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.
  • ‌Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network.
  • ‌understanding of networking protocols TCP/IP.
  • ‌Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.
  • ‌Maintain computer systems and act as support if any system goes down.
  • ‌Responsible for PC’s, Printers and related equipment (monitor, keyboard, mouse, hard drive, etc..).
 IT Specialist Requirements:
  • ‌Degree in computer science or a related field is preferable.
  • ‌Good communication ability, both written and verbal.
  • ‌Keep attention to details.
  • ‌Good organization, time management and prioritization.
  • ‌Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
  • ‌Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.
  • ‌Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
