The applicant must be ready to join immediately
:Working conditions, Benefits and location
 Rotational shifts (9 hours)-
 Rotational Day off (2 days)-
 Location 5th Settlement, New Cairo-
 Medical insurance & Social insuranc-
:Responsibilities
Identify and assess customers’ needs-
 Provide accurate, valid and complete information-
 Handle customer complaints, provide solutions, follow up to ensure resolution-
 Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents-
 Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies-
 Meet call volume expectations and response time requirements within support tickets-
:Job Requirements
 Able to work well under pressure and can handle escalations calmly and competently-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers, co-workers, and management-
 General computer skills, including MS Office applications, data entry, etc-
 Able to listen to and empathize with customers, and deescalate customer service situations-
 Comfortable working with public as well as dedicated accounts-
 Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently-
