The company works in the field of Tourism

- Working hours from 10 am to 5 pm.
- There are incentives and rewarding commissions.
- Handling outgoing travel requests (Hotels , Tours , Transfers)
- Selling and up selling travel products and achieving monthly target.
- Handling agencies quires and respond via e-mail.
- Able to perform quotation and offers (FIT and Groups)
- Handle urgent and last minute bookings operations.
- Corresponding with DMC and Design complete travel itineraries for clients that include entertainment,
restaurant, and attraction suggestions.
- Able to tailor made different packages for various destinations (far east ,Euro trips, USA)
- Helping clients in preparing visa documents including booking visa appointments online.
- Replaying for clients inquires over the company's social media accounts.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience 3-5 years with outgoing travel business.
- Able to perform outgoing travel quotation and offers (FIT. and Groups)
- Very Good command of English language spoken and written.
- Very good user of travel booking engines.
- Booking engines operations experience b2b or b2c.
- Very good user of office applications (Excel, Word , E-mail)
- Very good typing skills.
- Enthusiastic , energetic , reliable , smart and welling to learn.
- Selling skills & techniques oriented.
- Customer service oriented.
- Problem handling and situation analysis skills.
- Organization skills and Research skills.
- Contracting experience is a plus but not a must.
- B2B business experience is a plus but not a must.
- Flexible with working hours / afterhours emergencies handling.
- Handle outside sales visits from time to time when needed.
