تفاصيل الوظيفة

Recruitment Specialist
Responsible for managing the full cycle of the hiring process, from identifying staffing needs to  onboarding new hire
collaborate with hiring managers, source candidates, screen applications, conduct interviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws
Ultimately, their goal is to find and secure the best talent for the organization

Essential Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to the recruitment process
Knowledge of Employment Law: Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations

Preferable to have experience in Wood and/or furniture Manufacturing Facilities
