  • Identifying & validating hiring needs, related to manual stuff (Housekeeping & Technicians), with direct
  • managers.
  • Responsible for recruiting Blue Collar, screening, headhunting, interviewing and placing candidates.
  • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling jib interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Conduct new employee orientations
  • Inform applicants about job details such as job descriptions, benefits and conditions
  • Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hiring.
  • Visit to sites and handling interviews if needed.
