تفاصيل الوظيفة

You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Ultimately, you should be able to contribute to high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities
As a Sales Business Development your responsibilities & accountabilities will be: 

Build relationships with prospective clients.
Manage sales pipeline, cold calling with new, existing, and old restaurants, and sell packages to the restaurant's owners.
Track metrics to ensure targets that Taiaar has the most comprehensive selection of restaurants by signing up the target
Research prospective clients and the ability to identify qualifying deals by; signing contracts with restaurants and collecting relevant restaurant information being their point of contact for Taiaar.
Engage with restaurant partners through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and quickly communicate the progress/forecast to the management of restaurants.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
 
Qualifications
Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
1-2 years of sales experience, preferably within the F&B industry.
2 years of administration as a team lead or team support.
Capable of driving towards targets every month.
Fluency in English. Arabic language skills are an advantage.
A team player with a high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines.

The ideal candidate must have superior analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment,
working autonomously, and taking full control & responsibility for achieving business objectives
