  • Based on the business of "EST Arba Developer" and its services in urban and architectural development, here are the job responsibilities for a Marketer and Business Developer whose role is limited to presenting the company to official entities in Saudi Arabia, communicating with them, attracting potential clients, and establishing contracts without finalizing them:
    Job Title: Marketer & Business Developer
    Core Responsibilities:
    Company Representation and Official Engagement:
    Prepare and present company profiles for "EST Arba Developer" to government bodies and official entities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with officials and decision-makers in public sector entities related to urban projects and contracting.
    Represent the company at official conferences and events to promote its services and vision, which aligns with Saudi Vision 2030. 
    Client Attraction and Contract Establishment:
    Identify and target potential government projects and investment opportunities that align with the company's expertise in architectural design, heritage area development, and comprehensive engineering services. 
    Conduct initial communications with potential clients from both the public and private sectors to introduce the company's services and values. 
    Draft preliminary contracts and technical and financial offers for potential projects in collaboration with the company's relevant departments.
    Ensure that all proposals and initial contracts accurately reflect the company's values, such as authenticity, innovation, and sustainability.
