aya Restaurants, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a digital marketing specialist with the below job responsibilities and requirments:
Responsibilities

Drives complex data and online trend analyses to root cause issues and propose ways to improve processes and tools
Bench marks and measures the performance of various business digital operations projects, building and publishing detailed scorecards, dashboards and reports
Leads and supports process improvement projects at the site and regional level
Executes on the required skills and influences, educates and drives results in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Discovers and solves complicated problems, works with numbers, and organizes and communicates data and reports
Helps the team to make great decisions based on data, possess exceptional skills in project management and data reporting, and be interested in e-commerce industry
Build and maintain recurring metrics and reports
Handles of all digital platforms
Secures a good relation with all third party online platforms
Completes ad hoc data retrieval and analysis using relational databases, Excel and other data management systems to fetch raw data and analyze it to prepare insightful statistical reports.
Deep dives into the customer experience to find customer defects and improvement opportunities using structured problem solving techniques such as customer journey mapping
Plans and executes multiple projects, collaborates cross functionally
Identifies trends and opportunities to improve customer experience
Drafts references, policies or new processes to improve the customer experience and/or internal efficiency
