تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • A highly motivated Senior Planning/Merchandiser with 3-5 years of experience in garment export operations.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee order execution, production planning, and client coordination to ensure seamless delivery of export orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end export order processes, including production planning, timelines, and shipment schedules.
  • Collaborate with international clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and resolve inquiries.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (design, procurement, production, QA) to ensure on-time delivery and quality compliance.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective materials while meeting quality standards.
  • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to mitigate delays.
  • Ensure adherence to international export regulations, documentation, and compliance standards.
  • Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
 
:Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in planning/merchandising within the garment industry, preferably in export-focused roles
  • In-depth knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and international shipping documentation.
  • Acquaintance in ERP systems
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Must reside in Giza.

Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with European/US buyers or retailers.
  • Certification in supply chain management or export compliance.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal).
