:Job Summary
  • A highly skilled and experienced E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online sales platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of e-commerce operations, from managing product listings to analyzing performance metrics and executing digital campaigns that drive online sales.
:Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize listings across e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, Magento, or company website).
  • Coordinate product uploads, descriptions, pricing strategies, and inventory updates.
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports using analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.).
  • Plan and execute online marketing strategies including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, promotions, and retargeting ads.
  • Work closely with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with online partners and marketplaces.
  • Ensure optimal user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) across all digital touchpoints.
:Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
  • Experience with digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven.
:Preferred Qualifications
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with international e-commerce or cross-border trade is an advantage.
