· We Are Looking for (Sales Automotive)
· Responsibilities:
· Understand and analyze customer needs and be able to make appropriate offers
· Assisting senior management in developing strategic sales plans that expand the customer base
· Regularly reviewing the performance of the work team to take the correct actions when needed
· Reviews and analyzes sales results, reviews performance, and directs strategies to reach the target
· Distributing the tasks and responsibilities of the work team, providing directions and setting targets for them
· Preparing sales analysis reports and submitting them to the direct manager on a monthly, quarterly and semi-annual basis
· Preparing team sales reports and submitting them to the direct manager on a daily basis, including all details
· Responsible for handling problems that may occur between clients and the work team
· Achieving the agreed goals of the company
· Facilitate direct selling by directing team members to inform existing clients of what is new in the company
· Maintain confidentiality of customer data
· Keep records of calls and sales and write down useful information
· Provide continuous reports on sales forecasts
· Effectively deal with customer problems and solve them as quickly as possible
· Use customer feedback to improve customer experience
· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecast
· Delivering and handling customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
· Qualifications and work experience :
· Bachelor's degree in any field
· ⁃ 2 -3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the automotive field
· ⁃ Excellent technical efficiency
· ⁃ Knowledge of sales principles and practices
· - Excellent Communication Skills
· - Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
· ⁃ Accuracy and attention to detail
