Responsibilities
§  Develop sales pipeline with hotel prospects in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and Jordan
§  Formulate sales strategy including research & negotiation of new targets
§  Proactively reach out to prospects by email, phone and visits to conduct sales presentation
§  Develop customized proposals, pitches and assist with contract negotiations
§  Responsible for achieving sales target and KPI’s as set by the company
§  Ensure strong communication with key internal stakeholders to make sure sales opportunities are in-line with the current business models and workable from all aspects
§  Once contracts are signed ensure working processes are planned in detailed and all parties are aware of their responsibilities within the workflow and necessary resources are requested
 
Requirements
§  3+ years’ experience in experience in sales, partnerships, preferably in a B2B environment
§  Bachelor’s degree
§  Target oriented
§  Good understanding of digital channels, communications and social media in the Middle East
§  very good to excellent in English and Arabic, written and oral
§  Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently to meet deadlines
§  Highly motivated and proactive
§  Logical thinker with excellent communication skills
§  Able to travel
§  Skilled in MS Office, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Excel
§  Hospitality/ Travel / Tourism industry experience an advantage
