تفاصيل الوظيفة

·        Automation & Workflow Implementation: Assist in the implementation and monitoring of simple automation initiatives and new workflows related to the Operations Department
·        Report Development: Generate and update operational reports using Excel and Word, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
·        Cost Monitoring: Track and control fleet costs, including reviewing fuel consumption and car maintenance costs for viability and accuracy, and monitor actual costs of contracts versus approved budgets, reporting any variances to the Country Operations Manager
·        Fleet Control: Oversee and review fuel consumption, car maintenance costs, and other costs associated with the operations staff, ensuring accuracy and financial viability
·        Route Scheduling: Help with route scheduling for the operational teams, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient time management
·        Training Programs: Organize and manage attendance for technical training programs, ensuring participants are properly scheduled and informed
·        Industry Participation: Stay up-to-date on relevant industry conferences and exhibitions and assist with tasks related to the company's participation, including coordination and logistical support
·        General Support: Provide assistance with various tasks and projects related to the operations department as needed
