  • Receptionist is needed for one of the FinTech companies in Egypt to manage the front desk on a daily basis, perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks who will be the first point of contact for the company
:Responsibilities & duties
  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriate Ensuring reception area is tidy and presentable, (with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochure
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone call Receiving and sorting daily mail Handling office correspondence and maintaining its supplies
  • Scheduling meetings for employees Preparing meeting and training room Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks Performing various other clerical tasks, including transcribing and filing

:Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor Degree is a must. Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office kit. Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. printers) Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
