Job Description

Rawasy for Engineer & Development is hiring for Sales Executive
 
Rawasy is searching for a salesperson to join our team and help increase sales, expand the customer base locally and internationally, and contribute to rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills and be a cheerleader for the brand, both internally and externally. Objectives of this role
 
  • Represent the brand in a professional manner that results in repeat business and a positive customer experience.
  • Identify lead opportunities as well as the potential for upsells.
  • Meet or surpass sales quota expectations.
  • Speak with customers to understand their needs and resolve any issues.

Description
 
  • Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of products and services to answer customer questions and determine appropriate solutions.
  • Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products.
  • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Provide customers with information about items.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly.
  • Participates in related trade shows and conventions.
  • Communicate customer and prospect pain points to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Meet and/or exceed quotas.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
  • Follow up logistics activities of clients’ the shipments.
  • Elevate complaints to management.
  • Keep track of inventory.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2 : 3 years experience.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Team Player.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer-service skills, especially in stress situations.
