Triangle Engineering Firm is providing Facilities management services and Engineering services for commercial and industrial sites, retail stores, office buildings, medical facilities, educational campuses, and housing communities.

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the company's prospecting efforts by developing campaigns, delivering campaigns (email, mail, telephone, etc.) growing and maintaining the prospect database, managing the accuracy of the data, etc.
- Handling inbound telephone calls from new and prospective customers professionally
- Maintaining the company's customer relationship management/contact management system
- Assisting with generating and delivering proposals
- Taking a lead role in in seeking and securing renewal contracts from existing accounts
- Social media, website coordination and administration
- Other administrative tasks and assignments as needed to support the business development efforts, and customer support efforts of the company

Qualifications
2+ years' experience in inside sales, customer service or business development assistance
- Customer Relationship Management software experience a huge plus
- Strong MS Office skills
- oral and written communications
- Very good organization and time management
- Proficient at multi-tasking, yet maintaining a high attention to detail
- Willingness to take ownership of all tasks and projects, and see them through to the end
- A very good level of English Language 
- Engineering background is a plus

Working Hours: 8 hours
Working days: 5 days per week
