تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Payroll Responsibilities

  • Process monthly payroll in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.
  • Review attendance reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the finance department for salary disbursement.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management and auditing purposes.
  • Personnel Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date employee files and HR records (contracts, leaves, penalties, etc.).
  • Monitor and record attendance, leaves (annual, sick, unpaid), and absences.
  • Prepare and follow up on employee contracts, renewals, and end-of-service procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and social insurance regulations.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and exit interviews.
  • Support in recruitment and hiring procedures when needed.
  • Manage government-related documentation (social insurance, labor office, medical insurance, etc.).
:Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in payroll and personnel functions, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and social insurance regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
