:Job Summary
- We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our dynamic team at Huhtamaki Flexible Packaging. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on payroll management, recruitment, and training.
- Proficiency in handling payroll systems is a must. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and environmentally conscious organization.
:Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintain payroll records, and resolve any payroll discrepancies. Proficiency in payroll systems is required.
- Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles with a strong focus on payroll management.
- Proficiency in payroll systems is essential.
- Experience in recruitment and training within the manufacturing or packaging industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
