:Job Summary

  • Responsible for developing market segments for the company, and promoting products and services to potential and existing customers.

:Responsibilities (brief)
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers in the targeted industries.
  2. Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored solutions and products.
  3. Negotiate pricing terms to maximize profitability.
  4. Possess a deep understanding of raw materials chemicals and their applications in various industries.
  5. Provide technical support and customer advice regarding product selection, usage, and problem-solving.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits and features.
  7. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting.
  8. Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  9. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

:Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in coating industry sales.
  3. Negotiation, teamwork & communication skills
