تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the application process for prospective students, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all stages.
  • Researching and gathering comprehensive information about partner universities, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of their programs and admission requirements.
  • Communicating with universities to secure acceptance letters.
  • Establishing and maintaining effective communication channels with internationally accredited universities, fostering strong partnerships to enhance student opportunities.
  • Providing regular updates and information to students regarding their applications and university-related matters.
  • Managing travel arrangements and staying informed about updates pertaining to partner countries and universities.
  • During the first month, you will work and get training simultaneously (Paid Training).

Requirements:

  • Residency in Alexandria is mandatory for this position.
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Multitasking, English fluency, and punctuality are a must.
  • Expert with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel - Word).
  • Presentation skills, ability to schedule & manage online meetings.
  • Willingness and availability to travel as required.
  • Prior experience in customer service is preferred, though not mandatory.
