تفاصيل الوظيفة

To achieve his assigned territory targets through direct supervision of Big accounts and in coordination with all internal parties in accordance with Enterprise Sales strategy.

:Job Description
• Managing the assigned account list
• Setting up meetings with clients
• Being the first point of contact for clients
• Achieving sales targets on monthly basis in all pillars
• Handling customer needs
• Being fully aware of all updates about product/services
• Negotiating about contracts
• Providing all reports on his/her account list with full details
• Maintains excellent knowledge of Etisalat products and services in comparison to competition to satisfy corporate accounts’ needs.
• Interacts proactively with all concerned internal parties to ensure a smooth and efficient processing and delivery of customers’ requirements and keep proper feedback for Sales Supervisor.
• Prepares necessary reports with key achievements and segment’s updates to highlight business opportunities.
• Develop Sales forecasts / pipelines, reviews and action plans based on analysis of actual results versus forecasts to highlight work progress.
• Develops programs to drive sales across assigned territories / segments based on sold marketing research.
• Increase Corporate Sales customers’ base and explore potential business opportunities vertically & horizontally, to increase subs base & revenues.
• Achieve monthly targets by closing profitable.
• Conducts regular visits to key corporate accounts to ensure customers satisfaction.
• Provides necessary field training and enhance career development to ensure reaching the needed quality.
• Monitors and develops his performance to ensure high productivity

:Essential qualifications
• Proven sales records Competent computer skills.
• Excellent command of Arabic & English languages (Reading, Writing & Oral).
• Excellent strategic management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning skills Excellent leadership skills

:Desirable qualifications
• Requires excellent sales management, strategic management and planning skills

:Essential Experiences
• Minimum 2 years of experience (preferable in Telecom field)
