:Responsibilities
-  Develop strategic marketing plans covering all social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.) and track goal achievement.
- Prepare detailed periodic reports for the Marketing Manager, outlining key goals, strategies, and department updates.
-  Build brand awareness and enhance audience engagement.
-  Plan, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales through digital channels.
-  Conduct market research and analyze competitors to identify strengths, improve strategies, and address weaknesses.
-  Study company products to understand the target audience.
-  Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing clear insights and recommendations.
-  Participate in monthly brainstorming sessions with the marketing and creative team to develop innovative ideas.
- Stay updated on consumer behavior trends and integrate them into marketing strategies.
-  Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
-  Proactively identify and resolve any marketing-related challenges efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to achieve department goals.
-  Handle any additional tasks related to the role as assigned by managers.
- Adhere to all internal company policies.

:Requirements
✔ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Business, or related).
✔ Master’s degree in Digital Marketing is a plus.
✔ Strong English language skills are preferred.
✔ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
✔ Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
✔ Proficiency in AI marketing tools.
✔ Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools.
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Familiarity with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMRush.
