تفاصيل الوظيفة

:Job Summary
The Supply Chain Planning Specialist is responsible for  supply planning, inventory management, and ensuring optimal product availability . The role involves coordinating with production teams, and logistics partners to balance supply and demand efficiently, minimize stockouts, and optimize inventory levels to meet business goals.

:Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Planning:
• Align supply plans with production, procurement, and sales teams to meet customer demand.
• Monitor and adjust forecasts to optimize stock levels and reduce obsolescence.

2. Inventory Management:
• Ensure optimal inventory levels to balance availability and working capital efficiency.
• Track stock movement and recommend actions to minimize waste and excess stock.
• Develop replenishment strategies to support business growth and seasonal variations.

3. Collaboration & Coordination:
• Work closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

4. Process Optimization & Reporting:
• Analyze key supply chain metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Use supply chain tools and software (SAP) for planning and reporting.
• Generate reports on inventory levels, demand-supply gaps

5. Problem Solving:
• Identify supply chain risks such as disruptions, shortages, or delays and develop contingency plans.
• Address bottlenecks in supply chain operations and propose innovative solutions.

:Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with tight deadlines.
