First line support (Hardware / Infrastructure) at the factory and other branches

About the Job
- Responsible for configuring computer hardware, network, operating systems and applications.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks experience with DNS, DHCP and Terminal Services Knowledge of WAN / LAN / WIFI and TCP/IP
- Hands on knowledge of the procedures used in the installation, modification maintenance SPAM Filter Firewalls Fortinet and repair of IT hardware and software
- Supporting staff/clients through a series of actions, either physically or remotely.
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware / software faults.
- Replacing parts as required
Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
Setting up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
- Testing and evaluating new technologies
- Supervise and direct infrastructure team on installing and maintaining cables and .devices
