:Job Overview
  • The Group Account Manager (GAM) is responsible for overseeing multiple client accounts, managing
  • account teams, and ensuring that all campaigns and projects align with client goals and agency
  • standards.
  • This role serves as a key liaison between the client and the internal teams, maintaining strong
  • relationships, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.
 
:Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary contact for key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients’ businesses, goals, and challenges to provide strategic guidance.
Strategic Planning:
  • Lead the development of client strategies and integrated marketing plans.
  • Contribute to brand positioning, campaign direction, and communication strategies.
Project Oversight:
  • Oversee execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with creative, media, digital, and production teams.
  • Resolve issues efficiently to maintain smooth operations.
Team Leadership:
  • Manage and mentor Account Managers and Account Executives.
  • Delegate tasks and ensure professional development of junior team members.
Financial Management:
  • Monitor account profitability and budget adherence.
  • Prepare estimates, manage billing, and support forecasting and reporting.
Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
  • Assist in pitches and proposals for new business
 
:Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in account management within an agency environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, reporting, and project management tools.
