تفاصيل الوظيفة

Qualifications: 
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation with the ability to motivate and
influence the audience.
• Minimum from 2 to 3 FM B2B sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required in business, or management.
• Special Certification or Training Preferred: Sales Skills & B2B business management
• Ability to multi-task under pressure and problem solve effectively
• Outdoor B2B Sales experience is a must
• Excellent communication skills
• Active and energetic
• Very good in English

Responisibilities: 
at least 2 years’ experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/ Key Account Management
role, ideally within the FM industry.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
• Meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
• Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
• Contract negotiation and Quotation generation.
• Aware with costing and budgeting.
• Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
• Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies.
• Identifying and developing new lines of business based on consumer behavior.
• Performing competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and the ability to solve
problems.
• Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and
recommend new opportunities
• Developing database of leads through referrals, telephone, face to face, cold calling on business
owners, direct mail, email and networking
• Preparing regular sales reports as well as sales territory plans.
• Researching competitors’ Services, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences
• Developing innovative sales strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Achieve the monthly target
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Provide historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
• Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports,
• Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.
• Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.
