Job Title: Admin Officer/Manager with PR and Digital Marketing Experience

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly competent and professional Admin Officer/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Public Relations (PR) and Digital Marketing, in addition to essential administrative skills. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth administrative operations, building and strengthening our external relationships, and executing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our presence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Tasks: Managing correspondence, filing and organizing documents, coordinating meetings and appointments, and following up on daily office tasks.
* Public Relations (PR):
* Building and managing positive, productive relationships with external partners, media outlets, and stakeholders.
* Drafting press releases and official company communications.
* Organizing and following up on company events and functions.
* Digital Marketing:
* Contributing to the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing plans.
* Managing content for social media platforms and company websites (writing, scheduling, and monitoring).
* Operating and managing paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads).
* Monitoring and analyzing marketing campaign performance and providing regular reports.
Required Qualifications and Experience
* Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role that integrates administration, PR, and Digital Marketing tasks.
* Exceptional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) to a professional standard.
* Proven experience in managing digital marketing campaigns and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize and work effectively under pressure.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
