تفاصيل الوظيفة

Review the documents related to the process of adding and disbursing from the inventory and ensure their completion.
Review the recording of the exchange movement and add to the Odoo program to search for and fix the differences between the actual inventory and the book.
Responsible for coding items and suppliers on the system.
Follow-up and control of the purchase process from its inception until making sure that it is completed and receiving the items in the store.
Carrying out periodic and random inventory work and issuing reports to management.
Preparing a daily demand limit report to be sent to the purchasing department to take the necessary action.
Following up on product prices, reviewing price offers, and directing management’s attention in the event of price deviations.
Preparing stagnant stock reports periodically and sending them to management.
