1.       Follow-up storage conditions for raw materials and take corrective action in cases of violation.

2.       Follow-up of operations and to make sure they conform to what is planned and in the case of a lack of pre planning is coordinated with production to visualize the sequence workflow.

3.       Follow-up products during the different stages of production and stand on any cases of non-matching and put corrective action necessary follow-up and implementation.

4.       Follow-up the personal hygiene of the factory workers and take action in cases of violation.

5.       Conduct on job training to raise the efficiency of the employees of the company and is in conformity with the requirements phase (Personal hygiene- Cleaning and disinfection of surfaces - handling of products - follow-up cooling units and freezing).

6.       Follow up the case of refrigeration units and freeze and take the corrective action in the event of a
deviation.

7.       Monitor the implementation of the documentary cycle and control activated, training and implementation of the necessary corrective action.

8.        Follow up the work in the preparation area as a central area for the distribution of raw materials to the sections and make sure that matching with the standards.

9.       Follow-up distribution for the products and ensure the quality and safety of products and take an action to remove the products of high quality and safe.

10.   Follow-up the transportation and handling operations of the end products even distribution on the car.

Minimum Requirements:

 

·      Education: Bachelor’s Degree in relative discipline
·      Experience: 3 Years of experience in a similar field
·      Solid background in food and beverage industry

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills
·         Strong analytical skills
·         Deeply demonstrate a thorough understanding of the food industry.
