تفاصيل الوظيفة

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager based in Giza. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, and managing employee relations. Additional responsibilities include addressing employee concerns, conducting training and development programs, monitoring compliance with labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture.

Qualifications

·       Proficiency in Recruitment, Onboarding, and Talent Management

·       Experience in HR Policy Development and Employee Relations Management

·       Knowledge of Labor Laws and Compliance best practices

·       Strong skills in Communication, Conflict Resolution, and Mediation

·       Experience with Training, Development Programs, and Performance Management

·       Capability in HRIS Systems and Data Analysis

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus

·       Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
