HR & Training Manager

JD:
- Design training programs and develop training materials
- Deliver training programs and assess outcomes after sessions
- Familiar with techniques such as classroom learning, workshops, one-on-one coaching, or online learning
- Administer training programs and manage preparations
- Maintaining an up-to-date and accurate record of trainees
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop HR solutions
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Maintain employees records

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training programs effectively
- Well-developed administrative skills, to manage training programs efficiently
- A Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business or in other related disciplines.
- Good English command in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
