HR Manager Responsibilities:
  • Identify job vacancy and analyze job requirements.
  • Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Screening and selecting the right candidates.
  • Ensure a Fair Performance System.
  • Train Managers on the Performance System.
  • Manage Relationship Between Employee and Manager.
  • Record and Store Performance Reviews.
 
 
HR Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in HR, Commerce or Equivalent.
  • Masters of Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
