DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
Assist the Regional Manager in providing a professional and excellent level of customer service.
Dealing with customer problems and communicating with them and raise the issue to his direct manager if necessary.
Manages and directs a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within a district.
Manage and follow up supervisors in his area.
Designs and recommends sales and marketing programs and sets short- and long-term sales strategies.
Planning with Human Resources for sales force training.
Oversee operational practices making sure that medical rep runs smoothly and meets sales estimates.
Coordinate with, report and make recommendations to senior management in order to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
Encourage and grow a strong team that will maintain profit margins and implement sales plan.
ou will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to the sales specialists in order to achieve performance objectives; this is accomplished by achieving field day requirements and through effective coaching, mentoring and utilization of resources aligned with organizational vision. By developing people you will drive business by observing your sales specialists’ interactions with key customers, providing him/her with individual coaching and feedback to develop them for success in current role and for future growth. As a role model and a liaison you will inspire commitment, trust, collaboration and motivation for the shared vision by facilitating team communication, morale and effectiveness within your own work unit and/or cross functional teams.
Actively seek to discover and meet the needs of internal and external customers by building relationships, identifying strategic business opportunities and delivering innovative solutions. 
Manage multiple priorities and resources related to individual and group efforts.
Take responsibility for redirecting efforts as needed to deliver high productivity and quality of work from self and others. 
Demonstrate strong business ethics, understand basic business principles and interpret resources available to make sound business decision to help achieve standards of business excellence.
Ensure medical representatives comply with company policies and procedures.
Dealing with the problems of medical representatives and everything that concern them to do their work perfectly.
Apply innovative approaches and techniques to keep updated with competition.
Hire, orient and train new employees.
Send weekly report to regional manager.
Attend regular weekly meeting
