An office administrator is responsible for Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

Office Administrator Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management and Manage phone calls - external or internal communication - and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). in addition to organizing, arranging and coordinating meetings.
2. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures and create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
3. Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
4. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
5. Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
6. Perform accounting tasks, including invoicing and budget tracking.
7. Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries. Finalize & submit required documents in order to execute the registration process in another companies.
8. Abilities to work outdoor and indoor to pay the fees required and follow up with governmental authorities.

Office Administrator Qualifications and Skills [Preferred Male]
• Associate degree required (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2+ years’ experience working in an office setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Quick Books software
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
