CEO Office Manager
1. Manage and maintain CEO’s calendar including scheduling appointments,
internal/external meetings and conference calls.
2. Draft and write high quality reports, presentations, correspondences, presentations
and other documents on behalf of CEO.
3. Translate and summarize correspondences and reports for CEO.
4. Create and develop automated archiving system for all administrative work flow and
correspondences
5. Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels to be easily retrieve upon request.
6. Interact with external partners
7. Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
8. Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to
support the CEO.
9. Attend executive meetings with CEO, take meeting minutes and follow up on any
tasks related to CEO and the meeting related action plan.
10. Provide administrative support for the CEO.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years’ experience as CEO office manager
Fluency in English – spoken and written
Very well organized
multi-tasking skills
Excellent Communication skills
Proactive
Professional and confident
Attentive to details
Flexible
High level of accuracy.
Work under stress.
Capable of developing filing system
Dedicated and hard worker
Excellent writing Arabic & English Correspondences CEO Office Manager
