- Highly skilled and experienced Factory Manager to oversee food manufacturing operations
- The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring that production runs smoothly, efficiently and safely.
- He will manage a team of workers and work closely with other departments to ensure that products are manufactured to the highest quality standard
- Develop and execute the manufacturing’s business strategy
- Provide strategic advice and insights to the CEO
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations
- Oversee and manage financial and operational functions of the Factory
- Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling and quality control
- Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training and performance management
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the Factory is compliant with all relevant regulations
- Work closely with other departments, such as Maintenance and logistics, to ensure products are manufactured to the highest quality standards
- Monitor production metrics and make adjustments as necessary to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve production processes and reduce costs
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are properly stored and handled
- Cooperate with sales and marketing teams to ensure production meets customer demand
- Recruit all the required staff members for the factory
- A Bachelor's degree or any other relevant field
- At least 10 years of managerial experience at FMCGs industries is must
- Excellent problem solving and analytic skills
- Strong understanding of cooperate finance and measurements of performance
- Excellent organization and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
