Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure projects comply with organizational standards and legal requirements.
Maintain high-quality deliverables by adhering to best practices.

Monitor costs related to finishing and upholstery materials, labor, and equipment usage.
Identify areas where cost savings can be achieved without compromising quality.
:Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
:Experience
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management or a related role.
Proven experience 5 years in finishing and furniture upholstery within the furniture or interior design industry.
Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Skills:
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana).
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
