HOME GATE Construction in Nasr City is hiring the following position:

“Project Manager”

Requirements:

·         ABILITY TO WORK IN UPPER EGYPT AND PREFERRED TO BE A SUHAG RESIDENT

·         8 - 12 Years’ experience.

·         Bachelor Degree in civil engineering

·         Experience in construction, finishing, landscapes and compounds

·         Track project costs in order to meet budget

·         Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

·         Communicate with owner, consultants & subcontractors to facilitate required information to the work team

·         Coordinate with all subcontractors the plan of site work

 

Skills/Knowledge:

·         Leadership, Planning skills

·         Negotiation, Communication skills

·         Problem-solving and Ability to work under pressure

·         Time Management
