تفاصيل الوظيفة

  • Reviewing and keeping the Customers’ Manuals, Specifications and AQLs.
  • Issuing the Article Specifications Data Sheet accordingly, and spreading to the concerned Departments.
  • Issuing the Certificate of Analysis (COA) & certificate of Compliance(COC) based upon the Customer requirements.
  • Implementing the Job Change tasks and duties of PC Lab (e.g.Weight Instructions, Gauges distribution, line clearance...etc)according to the Quality Plan.
  • Implementing all measurements in certain frequencies according to Quality Plan, Sampling Plan and customer requirements.
  • Implementing of Calibration Plan at PC Physical Lab, plus maintaining the Measuring Instruments.
  • Issuing the Job-Off Reports after each job change.
  • Attending the Job On Meetings to discuss the quality issues relating to previous production runs.
  • Following up with QA department the updating of National & International Standards at the PC physical lab.  
  • Reviewing & Keeping the PC Measurements’ Records.
