Main Tasks
upervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, stock management and
.dispatch of furniture item

       Optimize space utilization and layout to enhance operational efficienc

       Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulation

       Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and quality standards

·       Schedule and assign daily tasks to warehouse workers, providing clear instructions and support as needed

·       Act as the main point of contact with outsourced delivery/shipping partners

·       Plan and coordinate last-mile delivery schedules to meet customer expectations

·       Track shipments and resolve delivery issues or delays in a timely and customer-centric manner

·       Ensure proper packaging and handling of products to prevent damage in transit

·       Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing and dispatching of online customer orders

·       Implement process improvements to reduce order errors and improve turnaround times

      Collaborate with customer care to resolve delivery complaints or discrepancies

       Generate reports on warehouse productivity, order accuracy and delivery performance

       Analyze KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives

·       Support periodic stock reconciliations and logistics cost control efforts

 Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Minimum 6–8 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in e-commerce or furniture retail

·       Strong leadership and team management skills

       Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), Excel and inventory control tools

       Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities

       Knowledge of third-party logistics operations and last-mile delivery challenges
