تفاصيل الوظيفة

Business Capabilities:
o Experience with plants & factories procurement teams
o Handling Tenders
o Good connections with the industrial sector
• Responsibilities:
o Achieving the company’s yearly targets for:
§ Freight Forwarding
§ ISO Tanks Rental
§ Customs clearance
o Manage clients relations
o Follow up on cash collection
o Ensure a wide range of clients (As per target)
Job Duties:
o Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new
accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on
existing or potential sales leads.
o Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results
reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly
and annual territory analysis.
o Monitors competition by gathering current market information on
pricing, services and potential services.
o Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing
solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to
management.
o Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and
customer sales.
o Keep close monitor on customers’ due and outstanding balances to
maintain collection records.
• KPIs:
o No of units (Containers or tanks)
o No of clients
o Cash collection period
o Percentage of profit
