#Job_Description:
The Retail Sales Manager at an Auto Care Service Center is responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. This role involves overseeing the sales team, optimizing revenue, and maintaining customer satisfaction by offering the best auto care solutions.
Sales & Customer Service:
• Drive sales of auto care services, parts, and related products.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate services based on their needs.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
• Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and service delivery.
• Maintain an organized and efficient service center.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives.
• Set performance goals and provide coaching to improve sales and service quality.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and expectations.
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
