job description

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure the team is informed and equipped to succeed.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust strategies accordingly.
