تفاصيل الوظيفة

Responsibilities:
-          Manage Import and Export processes.
-          Lead sourcing procedures and negotiations with suppliers.
-          Ensure shipments compliance with Egyptian and International customs regulations and laws.
-          Handle documentation and customs clearance procedures.
-          Build a strong network with potential clients, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
-          Manage contracts and close deals with clients.
-          Build a strong reporting system.
-          Monitor the import and export department's performance and take relevant actions to achieve the goals for growth in the organization.
-          Assist in strategic planning.

-          Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems.
-          Ability to multitask and deal with changing situations.
-          Strong planning and reporting skills.

Qualifications and Experience:
-          Minimum 3 years of import and export experience or any related field.
-          Must have previous experience in a role leading teams with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in co-workers.
-          Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
-          Developing and implementing action plans including providing clear direction and following up on goals.
-          Solid experience leading a dynamic environment with the ability to manage and develop poor performance.
